As you know by now, I work at the games at the UC, so I haven't really been able to post about those games just yet. But don't worry, i will.
As for right now, it is currently tied at 2 (thanks to....Brent Sopel???) in the second intermission. Here are a few quick tidbits before i continue watching this crazy crazy game.
First of all, I know I said Mike Richards was my sworn enemy, but now that answer has obviously changed to Chris Pronger. At the end of the first period, he had Captain in a headlock for God's sake. Not to mention all those other stupid things he's been doing. Jut cuz he's old and can barely move does not give him the right to mess with us like that. Not like we can't handle it, though.
Also, you gotta love the old Sopel goal. How random is that?? both goals in this game so far are by defenseman, which is awesome (the first one by our friend Duncan Keith, who ith very happy to be in the Thanley Cup Finalth). I can tell that the tension is building very much here, and it will make for an awesome third period. I hope the Hawks come out strong once again, and we can win this thing and change that 2 to a 1...^_^
